Position Summary
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying potential clients, engaging in consultative selling, and closing deals that drive revenue growth. You will have the freedom to manage your own pipeline and schedule, with unlimited earning potential tied directly to your success.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify target markets, research potential clients, and proactively reach out via phone, email, social media, and networking events.
Sales Presentations & Demos:
Conduct compelling service demonstrations and presentations that communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and positioning our offering as the ideal solution.
Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate terms and pricing confidently to secure profitable deals that align with company goals and client satisfaction.
Sales Funnel Management:
Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities in a CRM system, maintaining accurate records and forecasts.
Market Feedback:
Gather and relay customer and market feedback to internal teams to refine service offerings, messaging, and sales strategies.
Performance Tracking:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with compensation directly tied to closed deals.
Qualifications & Skills Experience
Prior sales experience (ideally in a commission-based environment) is highly desirable. Experience in consulting, or technology industries is a plus.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex products or services clearly and persuasively.
Self-Motivation:
A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role, staying motivated and organized without close supervision.
Resilience & Persistence:
Comfortable with rejection and skilled at following up until a definitive outcome is reached.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient with CRM tools, video conferencing, and digital communication platforms.
Customer-Centric:
A genuine interest in helping clients solve problems, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
Compensation & Benefits: Commission-Only Structure, Earn a 30% percentage of revenue from each closed deal. Our model is designed for high-performers who want unlimited earning potential.

Creative Internship:
3 months with possibility of extension, and/or career opportunities.
Description: The creative intern will be working with a business relations consultant for their daily creative activities to build up the Motis OneAI brand platform activities such as website design, collateral creation, video creation and SEO analytics. This position is unpaid, yet open to extension and permanent employment considerations.
Requirements:
-Detailed oriented, able to work independently and research new approaches to meeting target audience goals.
-Strong analytics skills, especially for SEO, Click-Rate, and other performance metrics
-Knowledgeable in Wix website design
-Experienced as a creator for Social media: LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
-Experienced in Collateral Creation: Flyers, Ads, Reels, Videos, Interviews
